We deliver to the United States & Canada. We use the best local florists to deliver all over the US and Canada.
Our flowers are delivered via our network of preferred local florists to all 50 States and Canada.
Delivery is available Monday to Saturday. Sunday delivery is not available. Normal delivery hours for our preferred florists are between 9:00AM and 7:00PM.
For same-day delivery – orders must be placed before 1:00 PM in the recipient’s time zone. During peak holiday periods (Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Christmas, Easter etc.) same day delivery cutoff time may be earlier. Requests for delivery at specific times of the day may be placed, but cannot be guaranteed.
All orders will be assessed a $14.99 Delivery Charge. If sending more than one item to the same location on a single order, only one Delivery Charge charge will be assessed.
Substitution
Substitution may be necessary to ensure your arrangement is delivered in a timely manner. If there is a substitution needed, we will contact you and get your approval first. You have the option of approving the substitution or canceling your order.
Substitutions usually affect the type of flowers used as some flowers may not be available by the local florist at the time. There shall be no substitution in the type of arrangement; that is, no change in size or shape or value. The utmost care and attention will be given to your order to ensure that it is as similar as possible to the requested item.

Our Network
While we can access over 15,000 local florists, we focus on choosing the best local florists to deliver flowers for us. Our florists don’t pay us fees to be part of our network. This means we are free to choose the best florists based solely on their quality of work and their track record.
We deliver flowers for all occasions but we specialize in funeral flowers and working with funeral homes. The funeral industry has high expectations when it comes to flowers. We are proud to say that during our history, we have been trusted as the flower provider to over 2,000 funeral homes, almost 10% of the funeral home market.
